![]() | 2004 RIESLING A vibrant and lively greenish straw colour, which will developed in time. The nose is alive with lemon, lime and floral characters, with a hint of attractive Botrytis. These characters persist on the palate which is long and crisp. The palate is medium weight. This wine will benefit greatly from careful cellaring: Toasty, aged characters should develop, adding further complexity. Serve chilled. |

This wine is made using the carbonic maceration technique as practised in Beaujolais, France. A bright cherry/rose colour. The wine has good firm acidity and length for this style of wine. The nose is lifted with fresh dark cherry and floral aromas. Served chilled.
